结构分析
本句是一个复合句。基本句架为 you will be in a position … and it’ll be appropriate for you to make … remark …。If 引导了一个条件状语从句，后面的主句是两个句子构成的并列句，由 and 连接。在第一个句子中又有一个定语从句 which are common to all of you 来修饰 the experiences and problems。第二个句子的结构是一个 it is … for sb. to do sth. 的结构。
